The Institute was created to provide a range of leadership training and consulting for organizations to develop a “culture of leadership.” There is an ongoing need for leadership training and development in local non-profits, small businesses, and spiritual communities. This area has a wealth of experienced leaders who can provide this training and development and who will be invited to serve the Institute as advisors and/or as faculty.
